Thanks to my Spanish friend Jesús

Jesús, a friend from University, has sponsored Shelter. Thanks a lot mate!

This week I have felt like its been harder than normal to complete my laps for some reason… maybe it was that ski trip on Sunday after the 26 km on Saturday that sort of messed it up. Perhaps I didnt allow my body the rest it needed.

However I ll go for my run this morning before heading off to work.
